I have a lot to say about this, but for right now I'm just going to let it speak for itself.

Hey Ray, GREAT ARTICLE. Power-punched-packed. Fascinating, and so well written as is your usual style. We miss your writing here in Sonoma!
Also… on another subject...just putting this out there… I’ve had this idea for an article for 2 years now. Somebodys gotta write it. The Scenario: Two different cities. Two different times. Same country. 1906 San Francisco after the quake and fire. City is completely leveled and destroyed. - Now, fast forward to 100 years later: New Orleans. City destroyed after storm and flood. San Francisco rebuilds. New Orleans doesn’t. Why/where/who/how did it play out this way. I would find this an interesting article to read. The comparisons of the two cities and their circumstances. Of course, it really could be a book idea because of all that could be explored. Of course, maybe it's obvious... Barbara McAdams, Glen Ellen
